Oops, sorry!

Sorry, folks, I'm just running a little behind schedule today! I know you're just dying to see today's question, so you can all post a bunch of replies!! (Just trying a little sarcasm, to see if that's what it takes to get you all motivated?)

I'm having trouble with a question for this week, seems we've covered most of the What If's here lately. But something I saw on today's show got me wondering . . . . .

What If . . .Chloe is being so nice to Amber, trying to help her get back together with Daniel, so she can eliminate Amber as competition for Cane? (And how loud is Chloe going to squeal when she sees that Cane and Lily are engaged? You just know that Lily's going to say yes this time, after all, she's just agreed to move in with Cane!)

Let me hear your thoughts and opinions!! That means everybody!!!!

I was wondering what the deal was with Chloe and Amber. Chloe seems to be the sort who would never do something without an unlterior motive. I doubt that Cane would ever be interested in Amber again after the stunt she pulled on him. Chloe should learn a lesson about what happens to manipulators. Yes, Chloe will definintely be upset if Lily and Cane get married. I wonder if she is hoping Amber will help her with her next scheme.

Now that's an angle I hadn't thought of Esmeralda--Chloe buddying up to Amber to get her help with Cane! But as scheming as Chloe is, that's a definite possibility.

I don't think Cain would ever be interested in Amber again. I think Chloe will tell Amber about being pregnant with Cain's baby and expects her to be the one to spread the gossip. Amber does have 'loose lips'. Chloe is just pretending to get Amber and Daniel back together. That way Amber will help her.

Chloe has some scheme up her sleeve to try and get Cane especially with the pregnancy angle. Why is she befriending Amber. I have no idea. Amber likes Daniel but she still has feelings for Cane. When Chloe finds out that Cane and Lily is engaged she is going to play the pregnancy card. I hope Cane is smart enough and ask for a paternity test.

I think Chloe is just looking for an ally because she has absolutely no friends right now and Amber is vulnerable. Chloe thinks she will be able to find out information about Cane and Lilly, but it is not going to happen. Besides Amber is too smart to fall for Chloe's BS. Chloe is going to drop her bombshell of a lie about Cane being her baby daddy really soon though when she finds out that Cane proposes to Lilly and Lilly and Cane's world is gonna be rocked. I think they will blow her out of the water though when they find out how far along she really is. Chloe just signed a several year contract with Y&R so what purpose will her character serve if she is no longer working for Jabot?
