Hi Everbody!

So sorry I haven't been around much. Haven't been feeling well and I thought it was stress. Turns out I was having an attack of diverticulitis. I'm now on antibiotics and taking better care of myself. My son is doing much better and we've finally received good news regarding his back pain and bruises. They have ruled out Lupus and they've finally found a medicine that seems to be doing the trick as far as his pain is concerned. He has more tests to undergo and they are starting to narrow down his spinal pain to arthritis.
My regards to everyone and I hope you are doing well.

Just don't get lost on us again! Diverticulitis is no fun. I have never had it but my mom and sister have had it and they told me how much pain it was. Good news about your son! We will continue to include him in our prayers too.

I have been a bit of a stranger too. My dad has been ill again and in the hospital. He started out with internal hemmoraging and ended up with a toe amputation. Sigh... I just want him happy and out of pain.

I try to keep up with everyone on a daily basis. Hey where is Chuleta? She hasn't made any noise lately.

Hi Moogie

I am glad to hear that you are taking care of your self. It seems so hard sometimes. Especially when you have been caring for others.

I hope you feel great soon.

Abrazos

Get well soon. I know what you mean by having to eat correctly. I also had a touch of diverticulitis along with the colon cancer!

So far so good. No pain, and lotsa gain!!!!!

Sorry to hear that. When I was 18 years old the doctor discover a "soplo en mi corazón" a murmur in my heart. He told my mother I will never get sick because I cannot have general anesthetic and that God make people like me with extra defenses. I had my 3 children with cesarea and spinal anesthetic. I belief in miracles. I have seen many in my life. I will pray for you and your son.

Hi Moogie, I haven't been on much lately either, there are times when everything seems to be falling apart, like they say when it rains it pours. But thank our Good Lord for his merciful grace. I know you'll be feeling well soon and so will your son. I will keep you both in my prayers. Cuidate,"Que de los buenos quedamos poco."
