Mordecai gave Esther advice, but he also allowed her to choose. Good example for those of us with adult children.
You're right, Sis. Thankfully Esther chose correctly...having listened to Mordecai. Personally, I believe children should *listen* more to their elders...whether parents, or relatives, older friends. Nothing like experience and genuine love that will give good advice. However, the choice is always theirs.

I am always surprised when my daughters show me they actually listened to me. I am still waiting to hear "me" come out of their mouths! lol
