Well, here in the Panhandle of Florida it's hot and humid. It's that time of the year where we run from our air-conditioned houses to our air-conditioned cars to the air-conditioned grocery store....you get the picture.
I'm glad I'm not playing tennis today; our team has a bye. Husband is though. This will be a rest-day for me as I will have my two oldest grandchildren for two weeks. I'm looking forward to it; I miss them so much since they moved away. But my ears have melted by the end of the day and little sister loves to pester big brother..she just picks & picks! :~( They stay the evenings with their Dad so that gives me time to regroup.

Hot here in my part of the Pacific NW..
Getting time to harvest the wheat.. Won't be long till the kids go back to school... Hard to think of when it is so hot. Had yesterday off from having my granddaughter. She is back today... Joy... She was full of talk about what all she did yesterday. So fun. She is settled down with the art book and crayons.
Will try to continue working on the house.. not such fun...

Just heard from Stefani in Colorado and she said it was cool there. Over 100 here today and I am down a little in my back so "cooling" it with an ice pack. Hope that doesn't start up again!
