Aaahhh, the DISCO ERA! During that time time, all my civilian clothing was made from pure, 100% polyester! Not a natural fiber to be found...
Spending so much time "doing" my hair, I WAS IN THE MARINES, how much could I have to blow dry!? But it was a time when women dressed with good taste, sexy and "smartly"; guys actually wore belts, pants that fit, shirts with sleeves, jackets AND NO HATS! Shoes were wore not flip-flops; pressed jeans and blouses for school not pajama pants and tank tops.
The days when you could dance and if you bumped into some one while dancing an "EXCUSE ME" was more then enough and you kept on dancing. Now-a-days you get lead poisoning, from a 9mm handgun...
I'll post a few pics on my page from those days, have a good laugh!

Shopman!!! I knew you were happening! You tried to make us think that you were a little old recluse on some farm in the middle of nowhere! You just gave yourself away!!!! DISCO??? Did someone say DISCO!!!
Disco is still hot. In LA there's alot of groups that still jam at clubs. My nefew is one of them. He's with about 3 groups that do Disco gigs. I just saw him perform a couple of weeks ago at a club called the Crazy Horse with a band named Jeri Curl. Yep, everyone still like disco!
