… Whispers have started about whom Barack Obama will appoint to the Supreme Court. His alleged first choice is Senator Hillary Clinton. Who better to remake the courts into a political arm of the Democratic Party? The further choices go down from there. Remember, there are six Justices over 70 years of age who could be replaced by Obama.

The people who are retiring are Liberals and will be replaced by Liberals, Hillary on the court, I wonder if she would get confirmed.

Even if McCain becomes president, won't it be difficult for him to appoint good choices for the Supreme Court? With an overwhelming majority of Democrats in the Senate, it's a cinch they won't allow confirmation of conservative justices.
