If you were to start a daily spiritual newscast - what would it be like and what would you program?
You might want to listen to Oprah's XM station. She features Soul Series. She has invited many such as Marianne Williams (The Course in Miracles), Bryon Katie, Eckert Tolle and more.

Well that’s the thing about pure spirituality it defies programming. But most of all whatever you design will come from your “mission statement” for such a newscast. What do you hope to accomplish will determine the content. The first thing I would do is develop a mission statement and everything else will flow from that. I would also include in the broadcast input from the general public; which at times might challenge your mission statement.

A newscast? As in, “what’s new?” Well, what can I say … God Is, has always been and will always be. Not much new there.
We are currently blessed with dozens of teachers who are teaching at a very high level. You could share who they are and what they are offering. You could share and maybe even compare some of their teachings.

Thanks to all who have answered - much appreciated. Just to clarify - the idea is an online portal where a spiritual - or at least enlightened perspective on the day's current events can be added to the mainstream media's negative and often alarmist POV.

It would be uplifting and ALL ABOUT HIM. I would also report on 'good' news and the miracles, signs and wonders that are occuring each and every day of our lives.
Sometimes we don't get a chance to tell/share them with others and that is a shame. Testamonies and shared revelations help others grow and move forward in a more excellent way. God would be exalted, people would gain from them and we would be strengthened in our inner man.
