Wishing you good-magic luck with the selling of your home and the move.
Life calls, no escape~~~~~~~~Bones will be thrown!
i hope to god the new place has a shop. withdrawal is not pretty, i know. stage the shop, it should sell the house in no time.
ya, the stager was here. When she saw it, she just laughed and said "it's a woodshop, they'll probably offer to buy it."
the problem was the "she". dont know too many women that appreciate it, unfortunately. april and i are just strange.
Or, as I look at it, you two have good sense!
Is that so strange?

The women in this group are not strange, they're what I'd call Keepers. The wise man doesn't let a keeper get away, there's too few of em..
O.K..... guess I should be posting more..... I'd buy a house for a good woodshop!!!
We're also planning a move and my expectations are really high!!! I'll be stronger this time.... won't look for cathedral ceilings and stainless steel appliances but will request a great workbench with lots of storage cabinets.... and outlets every so inches.... and wood cubbies..... I want to pack up my "stuff" last also LOL....never know when one will get the urge to create!!!
Jazzy,
Just make sure you have enough land to build a shop. Then you can make it just like how you want it and we'll all be here to stick our 2 cents in!
Where are you going?
I'm going North to Minnesota, perfect woodworking weather. . .

Maine also has an awesome woodworking "neighborhood"!! I work the gardens half of the year and do my art and woodwork the other!! I look forward to lots of advise from this group...... is that perfume I smell or cedar..????? ummmmm
