Oven-Fried Potatoes
OVEN-FRIED POTATOES
4 medium potatoes, sliced lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips with skin on.
2 tablespoons oil
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Line a shallow baking pan with foil, and put all ingredients into the pan, tossing well to coat the potatoes with the oil and seasonings.
Bake at 425 for about 35 minutes, turning half-way through the cooking time, until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings
