Fruit Bonanza
For your next office pig out or friends dropping by during the evening, instead of sending out for a pizza or popping a frozen one into the oven why not have a fruit bonanza instead. Serve a huge platter of fresh peaches, plums, pears, strawberries, green and red seedless grapes, peeled tangerines, cherries, oranges apples whatever is in season. Arrange the platter attractively and provide a fruit dip for those not watching calories. I'm sure it will go over big and most people will appreciate the healthy snack instead of heavy temptation of high fat greasy pizza.
