Good Morning Ladies & Gents

I see we are off to a good start this morning with recipes and history lessons. I make it a 4 day weekend and had some really good meals out. Friday went to a Chinese buffet and was surprised, they had snow crab, shrimp and mussels on the buffet. I dont do mussels, but made a pig of myself when it came to the crabs and shrimp. Saturday evening it was the casino buffet for prime rib and lots of other goodies. the dessert bar is decadent with all those little cheese cakes. Sunday I did make one of my favorites, Italian stuffed peppers.
