My Mother
Please continue to keep my mother in your thoughts and especially in your prayers. It is not looking good. She went to her first app't with the cancer dr. and my sister who always keeps herself thinking positive told me that she did not leave this dr.'s office feeling good. He did not talk like things were good at all. She has a colonoscopy & and endoscpoy on the 18th and then on the 22nd they are going to do a PETScan on her. I had never heard of this but checked it out and it is a scan of the whole body and can tell them what really is going on. He did tell her that if it was a certain thing which neither of them (sister or mom) remember, anyway, said that if it was this something it was only a 25% chance and that is not very good odds. I will be so glad when she goes back after all this and finds out something for sure. She is really trying hard to be positive but I know it is hard when facing this kind of thing and I have cried about it all day. I am now turning it over to God as he controls it all. I just pray that if it is something terrible like this that God goes ahead and takes her quickly as I know she is a child of God's and will be going home to be with him and daddy will be there waiting for her hand. Please, do remember mom in your prayers. I will let you all know what happens when we know. Thank you all for always being there for me when I need you all so much.
