Exercise fights the fatigue, calms anxiety and makes people feel better about themselves.

Most doctors in these programs feel they are now where exercising was first advocated and proven effective 20 yrs ago for heart patients.

There are few insurance companies will to pay for exercise for cancer patients.

I agree and if you add some music sometimes it is wonderful!
My problem is making myself take my own best advise.

Anne, you are so right. I have got to get myself in gear and start working out again. As someone who deals with depression I know the value of working out. I appreciate your post.

Adding music you relate to definitely adds to any workout. Swaying and moving with the music.

Working out in any way for 15 min. to whatever definitely lessens depression. My craving for starting the day with a 1 hour walk, praying and appreciating, absorbing the scenery and fresh air puts me in an entirely different mood to continue the day
