I hope all of you had a great 4th of July and long weekend. Here i Kansas City next few day are going to be hot and humid. No surprise thogh happens every year. We all face the heat on it's way just be careful when your out there to not get over heated. Drink plenty of water. I worked out side for years and sure don't miss having to do it any more.
