I did it!!

Ok, Grannies and Gramps, name one thing you've done in the past 10 years that made you go outside your comfort zone, but you accomplished it and made you feel proud of yourself.

Me, I fixed my computer after my youngest granddaughter decided to stand on it, and it fell over and stopped working. Took me three days, but I found a blown fuse which was the problem. Cost me $3 and the computer started working again. Man, was I happy!! And amazed that I actually found it and fixed it!

Maybe, Judools, but what I didn't mention was of the 3 days it took me, 2 of them were spent figuing out how to take the cover off the computer! :)

I tiled my kitchen counter top by myself- something I had absolutely no experience in doing. It is not perfect, but I am quite proud of myself.

Bought a Harley leather jacket and then prodded my hubby into getting the BMW motorcycle he's always wanted. We were on the road a few days later taking a cross country (Ohio to the West coast) trip with only the side bags filled and no one else with us. No plans or anything - just headed to Sturgis with the other bikes. It was the most exhilarating thing I've ever done!

SueAnn, it's the identifying and replacing the blown fuse which isn't easy to top. Three days is a snip for such a task. Great going. Not to forget the $3.
