Coconut Oil

Found this on another site, I love coconuts, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, sun-lotion. I am gonna splurge on one. It has been along time. Thought I would share....if cows can lose wieght with it, just maybe????

Cocunut oil is good for the skin. I used it in my massage practice.

Also, I would be careful if you are like me and don't have a gall bladder. Fats are not easily digested without one.

Thank LMA the link was helpfull. What about the coconut you use for baking. Do you think it may be processed too much to be of any use. My thinking is yes.

I think I have given up on any weight loss ideas except reducing calories & increasing exercise.
