Here’s the reasoning behind the move.

The so-called “Global Oil Crisis” is an invention of the US liberal ruling class, which has successfully managed to export their disastrous ideas worldwide. Oil supply and demand has been on knife-edge balance for years. With the growth of the newly well off Chinese and Indian car-consuming populations, oil consumption has been rapidly increasing in the developing world even as it has been dropping in the US. No wonder India and China, with nearly half the world’s population, refused to sign on to the Kyoto “global warming” treaty.

Cheap energy -- and specifically oil -- is what made America the powerhouse of the 20th century. When gasoline was $1 a gallon in the US, it was $2-3 a gallon in high-tax Europe. Low US excise taxes enabled the country to grow and our vast middle class to prosper. Even today, the American consumer is paying $4-$5 per gallon of gasoline while his European counterpart is paying $10-12.

You may think this is out of left field but I know why they want people to take mass transit. Don't laugh, but just think about this:

Us Americans will take mass transit and terrorists are coming from over the borders from the FBI on Minuteman, and you know where this leads to thousands killed like in Israel on mass transit. While the Liberals in office and hate spewing Hollywood types take their cars.

This may have come from left field but the scenario is bad, especially when blacks in Wisconsin terrorized a bus and almost killed a man for nothing. So tell me I'm wrong, but think about it first. A group of Environmentalists have already said they want Americans to die to save the planet from harm. So why not use mass transit to do it.

It makes sense to me what they are doing they are destroying the working class Americans in this country for greed and power they so want so badly, and will do anything to do so. So watch your back when you start mass transit, it will not be a pretty sight seeing people killed on buses just like Israeli's have to fear everyday of their lives.

There is a method to their madness if you really think about it, big time. I know their scenarios, for they are so easy to read.

The price of gas is becoming the biggest tax on the working poor and middle class. The democrat congress is refusing to do anything to solve the problem because they are looking for this high tax to convince the proletariat that they need a new Marxist government to take care of them. If anyone cared to look, their plans are to raise income taxes, entitlement taxes, corporate taxes (which will either be passed directly to the consumer - the working poor and middle class - or encourage corporations to move to other countries, and add health care entitlements which have to be paid for by higher taxes and decimating our armed forces. The plan for security is appeasement of our enemies in hope they will have mercy on us. The plan includes making everyone get rid of their "outmoded" cars and buy new ones, which the government will subsidize and will be built overseas. Sources of power that are cheap and available like coal will be outlawed, nuclear power will be regulated out of existence, wind power will be subsidized, but only put in areas where ruling class of liberals don't live. God help us all!
