Walability?
Do you need a walkable city to keep you happy?

What I loved most about my 5 years in the Chicago burbs were the little downtowns with train stations, restaurants, and charm. I lived in an area on the fringe where I could walk into two downtowns, both charming with coffee shops and riverwalks. Now I live a short drive from the ocean which is great but there's nothing like a thriving downtown.

Deserve To Gain Weight.
All my life I have been thin Then I hit 50 and all those fat cells that were hiding came flying out and said Here I am deal with it.
I am married to a pure blooded Italian.(Second generation Italian Americans) I am through dieting and let the fat fall where it may. He wants five cheese lasagna tonight. This fat girl is gonna eat and eat and eat.
At this age in our life are you still watching your weight or have you decided to just enjoy life. We still exercise but because we enjoy it not because we want to stay thin anymore.
