I suggest this weekend you make a huge, cool and crisp salad with lots of color:
carrots, radishes, celery, spinach leaves, red and yellow peppers, some green and black olives and if you like them - a few hot peppers.

Top it with your favorite low-cal/low-fat dressing (I enjoy an organic oil and balsamic vinegar dressing myself) and a glass of ice-cold green tea and a slice of lime...........Ahhhhhh............grill some lean meat if you'd like, serve it all up with a whole grain bread and you have a guilt-free feast packed with vitamins.

Sounds wonderful and I'll be making BBQ chicken breast on the grill to go with it. Yum maybe an ear of corn too. :-)
