Retired?

I was in the first group who without warning had to return to work at 65. One state teachers had called and asked me to take early retirement (they were a God send) at 63. I waited to turn 65 for my other teachers and social security. My other state teachers changed their package without warning just before my birthday so I no longer qualified. Social security went down by 3/4 at the same time. I keep my stress management and real estate careers going but this recession is interfering. I believe there is a reason for all things under the sun so I know it will go together as long as I continue to do my best. I love life and enjoy good health. The rest will come on its own schedule. Enjoy your moments making each the best it can be,

Teachers get a bum deal from the combination of Social Security and the Teachers Pension. Linda, my wife, is a retired school teacher so we know first hand about this.

I can tell that you are a positive person. Keep the faith, keep working at your dreams. and you will achieve what you want.
