About the Book
My Sister's Keeper is a riveting suspense thriller that not only explores the special bond between a brother and a sister, but also the troubled relationships between a man and his father and a man and himself. When Richard Baimbridge's sister is brutally attacked and crippled while investigating the rape of a 13-year-old for a newspaper, he rushes back to his coastal hometown of Wilmington, NC, to assist with her recovery and comes face to face with his tormented past and a dark family secret. Fighting to stay above the flood of childhood trauma, he serves as his sister's legs and is drawn into the dark underside of this quiet coastal community where he, himself, becomes the primary suspect in the murders of Wilmington's young girls. Promotional video can be viewed at the Bill Benners website. view link

Bill,

What a great cover! Just perused your website and it's wonderful - really like the video trailer, too. Everyone should go check it out, as book trailers seem to be required these day.

Sounds like a terrifying read!

Originally published in May, 2007, this first novel has done extremely well world-wide and is available from any bookseller worldwide, on or off-line, and is available for reading in hundreds of public libraries around this country as well as a few others.

I know a good many Eons readers have already read it as many have posted comments about it on this and other Eons book sites. I also hosted a live chat with one of the Eons groups back in January after the book was featured as their book-of-the-month.
