Hello and Thank you

Hello,

Thank you all for allowing me to take part in your group. I hope to learn from you. I don't know if there is any Native American blood in me. There is in my children for my husband has some in him. However his grandmother does not know from what tribe for she grew up in the foster system and had a very hard life.

I have lots of respect and a draw to the Native American Culture. Please be patient with me for sometimes I don't alway word my feelings or thoughts in just the right way and get misunderstood.

Again thank you!

Oh Cryingearth, I cannot even imagine anyone mis-understanding you because you write from the heart and do it the beauty way.
Anyway, lots of us have no NA blood or cannot prove it. Mine is Skagticoke (one of several spellings), a small unrecognized tribe from western Connecticut. What's left of them won't help me at all, I've heard because they don't want to share their land. Trouble is, I have more land than they do and am perfectly content living in Arizona. I just dearly want to know who my g-g-grandmother is, but I don't even have a name to go by.
