Great Read

One of the best books I have ever read that pretty clearly explains the various nutrition aspects of foods is "The Color Code" by Joseph, Nadeau, and Underwood - about $10 I believe new on Amazon.

It truly is the book that turned my nutrition around 2+ years ago. You'll soon be looking at your plate to make sure you have all the colors you can get on it and thus, the differing nutrients each food contains.

Check it out - if you need a good explanation of what is in everything from apples, to celery, to radishes, to blueberries - it's a great book.

That does sound like an interesting book. Thanks for telling us about it. I'll look into it. I love books like that.

Trust me everyone - you'll get a lot of benefit from the book; easy to understand and clearly written. It's one of those you'll mark up with a highlighter like I have!
