I am grateful that I've figured out what keeps me accountable.
I am grateful for family (what a difference a day makes, ha ha!)
Family makes me want to live a healthy and long life. So I will be there to enjoy them as long as I possibly can!
I'm grateful I chose healthy eating links on eons
I am grateful for Geri's daily motivational posts!
Thanks, bonliz. I'm grateful my kids were born healthy and still are.
I am grateful for quiet mornings - a cup of coffee and time to myself before the day starts.
I'll share that one with you, round2itsoon. A little quiet solitude is a good way to start out the day.
I am grateful for how the soy milk in my cereal absorbs the flavor of the blueberries. This is what wakes me up every morning!
I'm grateful for today's (7/3) near perfect weather enabling me to get outside, walk & pray about 6:30am for an hr. View from my computer area is beautiful.
Social Security paid me today my month's salary. I, am turn, paid all necessary bills online.
Our County called me and other seniors in the building about LIHEAP (grants to help defray costs of electric, gas and water) help for the summer. Made my appt for applying for next week.
Some people in the building didn't know of program, if they qualify or where to go, what to bring. I typed up notice of all info & put it in community area plus gave info to building manager since people here think he knows all.
Balanced checkbook.
And now on eons getting my needed energy, support as well as giving.
What energy, and it's only 7:30pm. Thank God and all of you
I am so grateful that God has blessed me with 3 wonderful sisters.
