Tell me your favorite fiction book so far this yea

I want to get started on any I have missed. I think mine is the one by Joanne Harris, sequal to Chocolat,"The girl with no shadow".
However...the trilogy by Nancy Pickard, all have Truth in the title, awesome as well. I could go on, but this was supposed to be one. Oops. So give me 2 or 3 if you have them, that you put at the top of your list.

Wow,this is a tough one.i could name a dozen or more,lol.But one is A DAY LATE AND A DOLLAR SHORT by Terry McMillan.It so made me cry to.

Trying to pick a favorite book is always SOOOOO hard! Right now, I think People of the Book by Geraldine Brooks is my favorite - that could change tomorrow. I gave it a 98 on the Slopok scale. Then, there are the Evanovich & the Robb and the Childs.........Come end of the year I'm totally hopeless & pathetic trying to pick my ONE favorite of the year.

Two that were on last year's list top my list this year...

Top book so far hands down... The Book Thief by Markus Zusak
Second choice... Those Who Save Us by Jenna Blum

this is such a great way to find good books... I'm gonna get all those recommended so far... :-)

I'm like many others. Today it would be Emily Brightwell's Mrs. Jefferies series -- I've read 3 of them recently and want to get more from the library.
