I have been living now for 44 years here in the land of my forebares, Germany.I have never regretted it.I retired from the US Army in 1965 and had a German wife who wanted to visit her family.I told her OK,but in 6 months we come back to the US.Well,the way things worked out.We divorced in 1972 in Kassel.She lived with a guy and wandered back to the US with him. I stayed here and found good work in my lineof experiances from the Army time.I am now 82,have many friends,a wonderful Wife,and five clubs to which I belong.I am active in internet,my favorite program is Eons,mainly because I have contact with people the whole world over.
