Recipe for baked tilapia or catfish
Does anybody have a good recipe for baked tilapia or catfish?
Hi, i'm new to the group and yes i do have a recipe for baked tilapia and catfish. I bake both with hot spices you don't have to. I spray a cookie sheet with butter & garlic spray place fish on sheet season with blk pepper, salt(optional) red pepper, lemon pepper and spray both sides with pam. I bake for 30mins on one side and 30 on other. ( excuse the form of my recipe) hope you enjoy.

Thanks, Shaki - question: are we cooking fillets of fish or whole fish? If fillets, just how thick are thy? To bake 30 minutes on each side indicate they must either be whole fish or really thick fillets! Otherwise, wouldn't they burn!

No, i haven't burned any yet. And yes they are fillets and correction to the time: 15min. on each side a total of 30 mins. and that is for me of coarse. It depends on the individual i prefer mine still a little moist and pink. Sorry for the 30 mins. LOL
