Dave and I are now the proud parents of an adorable 7-month-old female calico named Patches. She is the cuddliest cat I've ever met. We plan to spoil her rotten! :-)

Patches didn't wake her two Daddies up too many times to demand petting, but spent the night peacefully snuggled up against either or both of them. She and Rosie, our rabbit, are negotiating a truce -- she wants to be friends, but Rosie wants no part of it. It's ironic -- when we first got Rosie, Rosie wanted to be friends with our dear late Susie, and Susie was afraid of her. At one point we had a scene with this little baby rabbit chasing our grown cat all over the house!
Patches, by the way, is the most affectionate cat I've ever met. We really lucked out. What a sweetheart!
Our camera expired recently so we don't have any pictures yet, but we will soon. Getting a new cat was a higher priority!
