I think this is a "FUNtastic" idea, tho I seriously doubt we'll ever see this in our lifetime - airports are under the jurisdiction of both the FAA and the NTSB, both HUGE Federal entities, so...but, at least it's been proposed, which is a step forward in freeing the weed! High Again! I like hippiemommaida's idea of piping it into the area as part of the airport ECS (Environmental Control System). Talk about reducing tensions...excellent stress-buster! Stay High and Peace!
I believe we are talking about the Colorado based organization S.A.F.E.R. Their agenda is based on the fact that marijuana is safer then alcohol, or tabacco. Which it is of course. And being alcohol and tobacco is accepted as having recreational value in a social atmosphere, why cant marijuana be included, and have its own domain rightfully, because it is safer then the other 2 mentioned, and has been proven so
Of course the marijuana smoking lounge wasnt intended for humorus reasons. Considering the problems of lately with drunken customers and flight personell in the air and in the terminals. Marijuana presents a more relaxed traveler, and why cant they have a lounge before flight, when alcohol is premitted. Free from tobacco second hand smoke of course.
Im sure if you click on safer.com you will find it is a very genuine organization for the legalization of marijuanaa in Colorado. If I had he link I would present to you but idont, sorry.
