Absolutely hilarious. That is the funniest recipe that I have ever read. And the "po d' khhrrehm" look delicious as well. I'm hoping/supposing that the really hot coffee cooks the 4 eggs just the tiniest amount. What do you think?

I'm guessing she grows her own eggs and doesn't worry about it. Besides, the coffee is supposed to be hot enough to melt the chocolate, so I guess that should kill the rare "bug" that might inhabit the eggs.

I am so sad..... Just came back from the dr.'s office and guess what? Pots de creme aint gonna be part of my diet! Guess I'll let my eyes do the feasting and the mind do the savoring with memories of decadence in creme'y chocolate.
