Ribs Smothered in Bacon
Slab of pork ribs
1 lb. bacon
Onion, small (optional)
½ c. water
Place the ribs in the pot. Layer the bacon over them.
You can layer the sliced onion over the bacon. Add the water.
Crock on low...all day....about 12 hours for me.
Note: Believe me...your house will smell wonderful as this
cooks....and the ribs will have a delicious smoky bacon flavor which
oozes down onto them!
