Hello and new...
....I suffer from both psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. The first started when I was in 8th grade. It came and went throughout my whole life. But within the last few years...well several few years the arthritis side started. My entire right hand looks pretty gnarly. If I could get my money back on all the gallons of milk, orange juice, coffee caraffes--well I'd be sitting pretty! LOL
I eventually adjusted. I mean what else can we do? And docs started me on different meds. 2 1/2 years ago I started Enbrel....is has been the best drug for me. But now our new insurance company will only allow one 50 mg shot a week...where prior to this, I was taking 2 50 mg shots a week. Pain is coming back, but mildly for now. I fear winter. And my psoriasis that was getting under control, well it's rearing it's ugly head again...
But that's just a small part of me...I am a SAHM of 3 girls... I am married, I love to read, crochet, do word games, play tetris, be on my computer--make webpages, sig tags, and meet new and interesting friends!
