View message "headshot question " in Eons Advisors Group

headshot question

When I try to change my headshot, and I select a photo from my Photo Center, I receive the following prompt:

"There was problem changing the profile photo
System message: undefined 'columns' for nil:NilClass"

Did you try to change your headshot using your MY EONS page? I just changed mine successfully using the link there (right under your current headshot).

I have had the same porblem with some of my phtos I wanted to use as a headshot. Just tried your suggestion AZdream and got this message.

"There was a problem changing the profile photo
System message: undefined method `columns' for nil:NilClass"

I had a member in my group mention he was having a similar problem.

YES, that is where I tried to change the photo, and that's where I'm getting prompted with the message.

I am getting the same message- have tried every way possible to change it, and have done this before.

Seems to be a bug in Eons, please fix it!

try checking to see what format your pic. is in. Or even try uploading another pic. to see if it goes in. Pics. that I take from my camera phone will not load to the site.

hmmmmmm, I decided to try again to see if I could duplicate your problems.......and with a picture I had recently uploaded (2 days ago), I got the same message as you all did......but then tried with a picture that I'd had in my album for quite awhile and it worked fine. It's now a sock-puppet with a red herring in its mouth. Something's definitely amiss but I wonder if it's with recently uploaded photos and not with ones that were uploaded awhile ago.

I am uploading from my computer, as I always have with no problems. Am having trouble with the photos recently added. I don't want a photo of my dog or cat as a head shot ;)

I've never had a problem uploading pix to my album.....but using some of the recently uploaded ones in various ways is not working. I tried to use a new feature in blogging and it doesn't work.....you have to use HTML to get it to post again.

ok, going back to my real headshot.....LOL....although I think the sockpuppet is pretty cute

I've experienced a similar error in our test environment. In that case, it was a simple configuration issue. With any luck, this is something we can fix in short order.
