I personally have been watching it most of my adult life. Off / On when I was working full time and there was no soap net. Almost everything has stayed in line with the concept, I am not to thrilled with some of the loose ends that have been on lately: Gerry the psychopath, even though I love him as an actor. Helena Cassadine, now there is a character that has never been finished off really?
What happened to Scotty ? I like Anthony Zaccara's actor and his nutball charachter.

I personally am very upset over the way they ended Michael's character with his being in a permanent coma. What a tear jerker, but I guess they can always wake him up as another actor if they decide too. I can't stand Alexis sleeping with yes another mob person, Gerry. What was she thinking! Love that Robin is expecting and can't wait to see what happens with the pregnancy. Hate that Jason is now the main crime boss and had to abandon his own son. Miss Emily and wish she was not killed.

I'm in general agreement with all of you. I like the soap a lot, tape it every day , so I don't miss it .. [I don't get Soapnet yet} .. I miss Emily and Alan and Monica isn't on a lot or Edward .. Too much Lulu and Maxie, the drama of the young ones..
I like Sonny and Jason, I like them as mobsters... I like Jerry Jax !! Yeah, I know he's a bad 'un , but I was so glad when they found a way to keep him.
And tonight General Hospital won...... YAY !!!

I am over Robin for now, she is too melodramatic, and too opinionated, I don't like the way the charachter evolved. She dictates to much and she is insecure, so have her go to therapy. She is worse than a womens libber.
I am over Elizabeth too, she is really to wishy washy. One day she has to have Jason, the next, I can't let my children be near him? I bet they put her back with Lucky.
I like Alan as a Ghost or conscience of Tracy, that is a perfect role for him. THe comedy of it, is great.
Did anyone ever like Monica? Doe you find her, too stiff?
She walks like a man, she is over 60 and still looks 32. Jackies face life or plastic surgery is bad, she can't move her lips. I used to like the character, but she needs a man.

As for GH, I want to know if Carley is really pregnant or not? Did she fix the test? Could Jason be the father at all?
Is Spinelli a charm or what? I loved him as Damion... I got to watch it 2 times in Jamaica, but times were different. Right smack in the middle of the afternoon (2)pm their time. Didn't want to get out of the pool or ocean.
Carly was never pregnant and Jason made her take the test when she told him her scheme to make him the father. I am also getting tired of the whole Maxie and Lulu thing. Enough already. Like the new doctor they have introduced because he used to play Shaun on Days of our lives. Can you believe that Lexis is getting involved with Gerry Jax, who can figure her out. Do you think Sonny and Kate will pull off the wedding or will Carly tear them apart?

I am sick of the LuLu/Maxie thing but think they are going to have a bond because of the Logan incident. Also silly that Carly so upset over a kiss considering her tryst with Sonny...think that gets a little silly...and the last scene yesterday with Jax and Kate...I saw that coming. I have only watched for 1 1/2 yrs., and asked my friend which is a long time fan why it was called General Hosp. when the mob scenario was more prevalent...was it always? Happy watching!
