Hi, My name is Dianne, I am a new member. I just discovered the site and love it. I love to cook. My entire family, men including are great cooks. You can tell just by looking at all of us. We collect cookbooks and recipes from all over. My Father is Norwegian and I am interested in their culture. I am from Louisiana and cook a lot of Cajun dishes. Hope to gather lots of new recipes. Hi Diane,Shortshit here.My Mother loves to cook for all of us.She has about 300 cookbooks,not including recipes she has written over the years.You say you are from down south,Have you been to Paula Deans Restraunt? I heard it is beaufiful.
