Yes mother earth is having a hot flash, remember how it was when you got angry over something it made a hot flash worse. I just settle down and rest and add the ice cube in a towel under my kneck, to cool the flash down.
At least I did not have to use the heater in winter so much.
This is a happy monday. And I am enjoying it more and more reading your posts.
The womans veterans conffence I know it will go well. We will win. we will get our health care.
I am putting this down as volunteer hours while on this site.

I am trying to find the homeless women vets in my area to tell them there is new help for them. that the local doctors are not going to see them, if they are a woman vet, that the VA is working harder to help them get good care.
