We're traveling this summer because it won't get any cheaper next year. By driving 55 mph, we're saving money.
Things always seem to slow down on eons during the summer. People are outside and not in front of their computers as much. It'll pick up again in the fall.
The boat counts as a vacation as long as you're not caught up the creek without a pedal.
Hi, we`ve been home about five weeks now from a long journey out west, at that time gas prices were anywhere from 3.19 to 3.49. Our Pace Arrow (35ft.), luckily is gas, still expensive but love it anyway. Be going over near Myrtle Beach, SC next month for a week. Our state parks are lovely and closer to nature. Plan on going again in Aug. Just not a real long trip like earier. Next year we shall see what happens. Be well,
Glad to hear what is going on. Techie is right about people being away from their computers. I haven't been around the house much either. When the heat hits in August, I am sure many will be back in the cool of their homes............I guess I should say when it hits in Texas. Not everywhere is the same. And actually it is pretty hot now.
