Answer & Ask...
This idea came from another group manager who is doing the same in her group with much success. It sounded like fun, so I thought we'd try it. Basically, I will ask the first question, and the first person to reply will answer my question and ask one of their own. Kind of like 20 questions, but one at a time. Strictly small talk, basically one-liners, try to keep it fun. It would be easy to get off track if we all jumped on the same post, but let's see how it goes. OK, here's the first question:

FIRST SNOW?
Probably not, just lots of wind and rain. Perfect weekend to hunker down. I have five bushels of apples to turn into applesauce and applebutter. Dogs will be thoroughly bored, although pupster is having some fun with an apple/ball/chew thing.
