Hello all! Hope this doesn't show how ignorant I am - but I need help with a recipe. I've agreed to make a Paula Dean recipe for my cooking club and have always wondered about the Brie "skin". My recipe calls for wrapping a wheel of brie in puff pastry and I am asking if I need to remove the cover of the Brie before I do that?

I just thought this was interesting. I was at the outlet mall in Round Rock (Texas) the other day with my daughter and grand. While she was in a store, I was sitting with the baby outside. There was the usual loudspeaker piping music and then the "Thank you for shopping at Premium Outlets..bla bla bla" but then, another announcement in what I'm guessing was Chinese (probly thank you etc). I just thought it was pretty strange. I'm used to the typical Spanish out here, but Chinese? Maybe this is normal everywhere else? not sure what to make of it other than it caught my attention.

While I should say up front, I'm not the most graceful of people for the past couple of years I've developed a tendency to trip and fall -- a lot!! I trip multiple times a day, seemingly over my own two feet, and every 3 or 4 months I'll trip over something small (a crack in the sidewalk if usually the culprit) that results in me going down and hitting the concrete like a Redwood. So far I've managed to avoid breaking anything, but my knees and elbows look like a 5 year olds..lol. I'd started using a cane after an earlier fall, just so I could move around with some feeling of safety, but lost the darn thing at the Mall last weekend..argh! I also figure the day is coming where I'm going to hit the ground hard enough to actually break something, which scares me witless. I've researched this a number of times on the Internet and can't find much. Thursday found me tripping on the subway car and my ribcage is still tender. I have an appointment with my doctor on Tuesday, and am wondering if I should mention it, or just let it be.

I guess what I'm asking is if others have this problem, or if it's just me being a klutz? I'm in a lot of pain this morning, even the bottoms of my feet hurt some, although as usual my back and arm are the worst. I'm supposed to attend a party with my son this afternoon -- his boss invited us to a cookout -- and while I'm sure I'll go, I have a feeling it's going to be a long day.
