WWDC Announcement

Heard at the WWDC that Steve Jobs introduced the new iPhone, with a faster internet capability, and an even faster price....$199.

Just heard this on CNBC.....

iWait, iWait, for an iPod Touch update. ;-D Wi-Fi is pretty common around here in the places I'd like to have Net access. I'd rather pay Apple once than AT&T forever.

My Touch is fantastic. I can't imagine being without it now. It's capability will improve considerably after July 11th when the Apps Store opens. Although I'd rather carry one device with the iPhone, I won't switch to AT & T to do it.

Nothing short of exciting. Before, I had to be near a WiFi signal to do anything with Safari and find web applications. Now, we'll be able to download applications directly to an iPhone or Touch and use it anywhere.
