Maybe you could start one here.

I enjoy Enya, Loreena McKennitt, Paul Winter's Celtic Solstice, Dan Gibson's Solitudes-Emerald Forest-A Celtic Sanctuary and others along these lines.

Could because I'm Scot's-Irish, among other things.

I've not found one in Eons--can we start one? I'm a HUGE Celtic music fan! All kinds, from traditional instrumentals and ballads to far more contemporary, even that containing an eclectic 'world' sound and some so-called 'Celtic Rock' a la the Aussie group Brother, as well! There was no Celtic music or anything similar on the page I filled out for my profile which listed any such kind of music, thus no 'favorite music' category exists on the page I'm trying to make. I'd love to hear from everyone who responds to the original question posed by DonaldK1, especially him!

Yes, I would like to see someone start one too. I like to listen to it when I'm editing my book. Which seems to take up all my free time.

I know some PBS(Public Broadcasting Stations) run a show called Echoes. That's were I would listen to it, but they play an interesting variety of music. They have a web site "echoes.org."

I like Annu' and Kate Price. Can't find their CD's in Wal-Mart. LOL Usually groups have web sites where you can buy their material. You can always do an internet search for the group or song title and see what happens.

If anyone could show me ALL the ropes necessary to start a group here for lovers of Celtic music, I'll try to do it, if no one else will. But I mean, I'd need to be led through the process of setting it up, step-by-step...
