How is the weather where you are? I've been hearing of big big storms through the midwest heading for the East Coast. Here it's been blessedly raining off and on all day.

It's been wet, wet, wet all day long--we thought it had stopped, but down it came again a few minutes ago. The tree frogs in the woods behind us are almost deafening with their noise. :~) I wanted to comment on the new photo you posted--the one with the monkey and his cymbals--I had one just like that, except that he threw dice! His name, if I remember correctly, was Craigstan the Crap Shooting Monkey! LOL And, I got him from one of my grandfathers!

Puma, you are chock full of fun stuff!!!! I like the old toys too and like to redecorate in here every once in a while. I never had one of those monkeys but I've seen them.

We've had light snow all day with temps in the thirties.I dunno what happened to the Spring we had a few days ago.Maybe God is just teasing us with this weather.Dear God,i want spring back again !

This is the same grandfather who worked in the Brach's factory. He also gave me a toy poodle (a toy that was a poodle, not a real toy poodle LOL) that would bark and then flip himself upside down. Now I'm wondering if either of those toys is in my attick. Hmmm. I'm going to have to check that out this week some time, and if I find them, I'll take a picture and post it. :~)

Well, the rain has turned to snow now and is starting to stick. I was going to get up early and go in to work to help out with a C-section, but I was called and told they had enough staff in the AM and would not need me. Yeah! I was not looking forward to it.

RAIN RAIN AND MORE RAIN
Will it ever stop?
THe weather guy on the news said that this was the most rain for a day in April ever and it was the 4th highest rain day of all days. And it's still raining. It should be better in the morning with only showers. The flooding here is terrible. We'll make it through.

It started as snow here, but has changed over to rain. They predict 2 inches today with gusting winds. If April showers bring May flowers, the month of May should be spectacular!
