Thank you Baja. My wife requests, no demands me to sing "Tiny Bubbles" regularly. When she was a young mom, Don had a show on t.v. she watched regularly. Now she has her own Hawaiian singer, and she makes me earn my keep...

By the way, Don was 76...

I have many fond memories of him. Tiny Bubbles was my little nephew's favorite song (he's now 38 years old and 6' 4" tall with his own kids)! He was so cute dancing to it! 79 isn't that old. Don Ho introduced Hawaiian music to mainland America and he did a great deal of good for native Hawaiians. He'll always be remembered with fondness, that's for sure!

I always liked him. There will never be another like him.

Baja, why is it that you have blocked me ...
Baja, why is it that you have blocked me from entering my own site. Why have you changed the password? Why were you calling my house when you know that I am ill and in Europe. Why?

Why do you write me love letters, that I do have, and tell me how wonderful I am and then stab me in the back. I told you you can have Memory Lane. I had nothing against your having it. Is the law coming too close and you are trying to smear me? I have done nothing to you Baja. You called me big Sis and I called you little Sis, is this how you treat family?

I would just wish to understand why you are impersonating me, writing things that I never wrote. To what purpose? Why do you all of a sudden, after I confronted you with the phone calls, start to use my name. I can't even sign in as Violetdove because you knew my password and you changed everything. WEll, you can't come up with my photo's can you? Only I can do that. I have posted them on this new screen name.
For those of you who wish to believe Baja, please do. But be careful that you don't become me. I still wish you all the best in life Baja and hope that you find what you are looking for. You are a brilliant woman, you don't have to stoop so low as to do something so nasty.
I have always loved this group, it was my group and never have I hurt any of you. If I did, then it was at the words of fabrication.

I always liked Don Ho. He was a FINE gentleman and had a GREAT voice. He will be missed by all of us who love good music.
