Exactly! I guess Eons is doing some kind of spring cleaning...I've been seeing number dropping in other groups I'm in too I'd better hurry up and post something in the cooking group we're in!

I am scouting for Mexican recipes, the ingredients they use here are very different and they use lots of cactus and other stuff...but one thing I am after is how they make the salsas! There are so many salsas here that are terrific and they use a special mortar and pestel (sp?) made of volcanic stone to crush the chilis...wow.
Baja I had one of those special bowls. I also had a tortia press.

Lewan, how are you feeling? I've been thinking about you all day and hope you're feeling better. Did you make tortillas? I love watching them make them here! And what did you make with your volcanic mortal and pestel?

This new policy doesn't seem quite fair. There are a couple groups I like to check in on and read what is going on. I don't necessarily want to comment or get involved in the discussion. Is this grade school where we get "graded" on participation. I'm a big girl now. I don't have to participate if I don't want to.

Yeah I know, gmruby. There is some pretty weird stuff going on with Eons and I don't know what it is...we'll just sit tight and see what happens. I don't like to be pressured into making posts either if I don't feel like it or don't like the group. I have enough trouble keeping up with the groups I've joined! Hey have you seen the cooking and baking groups? Lots of good stuff in there I want to try out!
