Active X

I can't play most of the Brain Games because I don't have active x installed. I prefer not to, as it seems to cause a lot of problems with Norton. Any suggestions?

You are smart not to install active X. I accidently installed it a couple of weeks ago, and consequently norton started detecting a spyware-comet cursor. After the scan, I would tell norton to fix it, then did a restart. But the darn thing kept coming back. Every time I got online, no matter what sight I went to. Hubby (computer expert) figured out it had been installed along with the active X. He figured out how to get rid of it, and it hasn't come back since.

I've had the same problem and worked with tech support to no avail. So I just play the games I can, and play some of the others on different sites. It's a bummer cause I can't get my score up in some categories, but I just muddle along knowing that anything I do helps my brain stay active and I have fun with it.
