baking and flipping burgers like crazy, Divana is
selecting the tunes for the jukebox and I’m making
sure it is a cat-free zone!

I everyone,
I too am getting ready for gastric bypass surgery. I have 2 more aptt's for my medical supervised diet with my PCP. Our local newspaper is also doing a story and video on me from where I am now and what I have to do yet and they are going to my PCP office to tape my appt. Each month I write my story, it gets published and they also did a small video that will be on their web site. I can just imagine what I look like " Oh MY " I hate my picture to be taken. Then after my surgery until I am completely recoverd. I just want my story to get out, so that anyone who is thinking of having this surgery will read what I have done and maybe decide to do it too. I want to know everyone who has had this done, how they got along, what all I can eat right after surgery, etc. I want to know everything there is to know. I think if my Ins. Co approves me and trust me, if they know what they are doing, they will, I should have my surgery early Jan. ( I hope ) Ellen

"Mingerly Mansion"



She dashed along the stormy cliffs on that dark night, fleeing the demons of her past. It was a dark and stormy night and her shoes, from Ross Dress For Less, were breaking down into squidgy, mushy burdens on her delicate feet.

Her teeth hurt. She had Gingivitis. But the Dentist, who had offices at the old "Mingerly Mansion" had not shown up for her appointment. She was not far from town, and it would only take a few seconds to reach the main road, where her car was waiting, but could she make it before her pursuers caught up with her?

"Pay your bill!" One of them screamed. "Brains!" another yelled.

"Use your brains and pay your bill!", a third pursuer shouted.

So how did she find herself running for her life, lost on the Mingerly Mansion grounds, in the midst of a terrible storm, with no wheels, her cell phone on "roam", and the hounds of dental and financial hell at her heels?

I have noticed a couple of things in my music groups -- first of all, when you put an embedded video in the opening post of a thread it is no longer necessary to re-size it to fit in the avialable space -- apparently you have made the columns wider, which is very nice, I really like and appreciate that, but....

...the line that says who posted it and how long ago kind of "sticks to" the bottom right corner of the video screen, and unless you resize the video real small, the info gets cut off. I know I am not emplaining this well -- take a look at the Classic Rock group -- all the videos are full size and fit now but you can't see who posted them and when -- now go look at "Old School Soul Music" -- they often make their videos small, and you can still see who posted and when.

I this a glitch? Can it be fixed? It seems counterproductive to revise the group page to make room for the whole video, but cut off the who posted it info. Right now in the Classic Rock group if we want to see when a new thread was started, we have to click on the post. What a pain.....
