Kathy, hope you have some fun at the pool, I am still sitting in front of the computer drinking tea. So you are way ahead of me. I have been using diversion therapy big time this week--not just for pain but for eating. So I promise myself a walk right now. Sorry about the headache, but i admire you for your positive attitude.

Kathy - sorry about you're headache. Hope the pool relaxes you and helps.
I am looking for my kitty. We took all of our critters to the Vet yesterday. Mazzy had to have a lump removed and the kitties had teeth cleaned. Jezabel was freaked out and she bit two staff members. Today, the animal control will come to inspect our Jezabel and she will be under house arrest for the next 10 days. Now we have been looking for Jezabel. Jezabel is the Queen of hiding when she doesn't want to be found. My mood right now - pulling out my hair!!!
Not much going on here. I didn't feel real well until a bit ago. I got sick and immediately felt better. I hadn't been able to shake off the "wake up sludge". I suddenly felt awake and had some energy. Okay what ever it takes I guess. I'm just home and cleaning. I have my son's dremel tool kit so I may do some other stuff as well.
