I've never posted artwork before, so here are samples of bits of this and that, past and present. Art skills throughout my life have been geared mostly toward practical applications. I'll try to include some of these things in future postings. Bill

Hi Meeker,

Gee, your Mosaic shower window is outstanding! I'm afraid I gasped when I saw it and scared the cat! Just kidding, I have no cat, but I did gasp. I love the yellow in it!

I was like you Bill I had never posted my art work before. I overcame my hesitation and dove headfirst into the water and you know it wasn’t half as bad or deep as I imagined.
I really like the glass work, Chakra I, and the face of mortar is great. By the way what media is Chakra I?

Bill,

I love all the different types of work that you posted. I was surprise to learn “Chakra I” is permanent marker, I have never been able to get such a wonderful look out of my markers. Makes me wonder if I shouldn’t try again.

“A Hearty Welcome” is perfect. What a stunningly cheerful picture it is. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

I love your art...so vibrant....Chakra 1 reminded me a bit of some of Picassos' work.....I admire artists that can paint in different genres...excellent...I am glad you decided to share

Mike, I'll post more later, and thanks. I enjoy your abstracts. They are awesome! Tearfulsquaw, thanks for your comments. Picasso is my all-time favorite. Keep up the good work. Bluekrystal, the use of colored markers began as play. I had made a bunch of templates for my wife's students' use in the classroom. A little experimentation with them led to this series of artwork. I guess you could call it that. I continue to enjoy your work.
