no way!!!! no freakin' how on his brisket directions unless you like chewing the soles of shoes!!!!! i mean a 200 degree pit opened hourly with an 8 hour cook for a 12 pound packer brisket!!!!! it ain't gonna carry water as we say in the south!!!!! even using waygu beef or veal brisket the time just don't add up. heck it don't even agree with Vencil Mares and he has forgotten more about brisket then most people will ever know!!!!!
man talk about raising my blood pressure those instructions did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! now there is a way to get r done in that time and is being used by a winning team but i got those instructions by watching them trade out pit thermos for thermos that had been recalibrated to show a temp 225 degrees cooler then their pit was but ain't no way i am giving that info up!!!!
200 degrees my left arm!!!!!!!! no sir ain't even buying that one!!!!!!
