Rosemary Dijon Marinade

With the VBP just around the corner i thought we could use some marinades for the meat we'll be cooking.

1 cp olive oil
2 tbs Dijon mustard
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs balsam vinegar
3 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-1 1/2" cubes
Bamboo skewers soaked in cold water at least 1 hour.

combine all of the marinade ingredients. mix well and place in a large plastic zip bag. Add meat to bag and refrigerate for a least 8 hours or overnight.

For mamma's day I did shrimps on the Barbie, I marinated them in some Hog Wild dry rub and olive oil for about 20 min. then put them on the hot grill until they formed a large letter c not an o. We also grilled fresh pineapple, Red and Yellow bell peppers and had a great salad. Oh garlic bread on cibata. The kids made me a cake and put Thanks for choosing life on the top. it was so cute.
